Zesty Pistachio Porridge

Ingredients
Blend of Oatmeal, Porridge Oats, Jumbo Oats
Milk
Salt
Cardamom
Orange and Zest
Vanilla
Pistachio
Raisins
Method
Put milk, orange zest, crushed cardamom and vanilla over a medium heat and let the spices infuse for at least 10 minutes. Strain spices from the milk, saving the milk in a jar to cook the oats in. Put oat blend, milk and salt in to a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes over a low simmering heat. Once cooked, let it stand for a minute while you dice the orange. Pour in to a bowl and add orange, pistachios and raisins to the top. Enjoy!
